Every booking made on our Website is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class time to time.

Some booked fares may be non-refundable as per the specific airline's policy.

Cancellation service fee:
Please note that all cancellation request will be actioned by applying Akbartravelsonline service fee as below:

Domestic Tickets - INR50 per Sector and per Passenger.

International Tickets - INR100 per Sector and per passenger.

Akbartravelsonline - Refund Policy
Refund would be credited back to partners account within 24 hrs, provided all the details are forwarded and fulfill the requirement as laid down by airlines.

In case of complete details not available, akbartravelsonline.com would still strive to make refund within 24hrs from the time details received. But would not be held responsible for any delay or non-initiation of refund if the details are not in order.

Incase of Flight cancellation / Flight Delay, you need to forward the ticket with full refund stamped copy from the airline to support@akbartravelsonline.com or concern regional support. In case of non receipt of the stamped ticket copy, refund would be processed as per normal airline cancellation policy.

In case of Partial Refund, refund would be processed for the sector or part of journey not travelled by the passenger. Partial refund would be effected as per the policy of the airlines.

In case of No Show, refund is subject to Airline policy and fare rule.

Refund would be made after deduction of applicable cancellation charges as per the Airline policy and Akbartravelsonline.com service charge as mentioned earlier.

Akbartravelsonline - Rescheduling Policy
FOR DOMESTIC RESCHEDULING / CHANGES EMAIL TO : offline@akbartravelsonline.com or concern regional support.

Full Service Carriers : Must be done minimum 8 Hours before departure by sending an email.

Departure less than 8 Hours:
Must be done directly with the respective Airline.

Low Cost Carriers (Except Air India Express):
Must be done minimum 6 Hours before departure by sending an email.

Departure less than 6 Hours: Must be done directly with the respective Airline.

Air India Express : (Domestic and International)
Must be done minimum 24Hours before departure by sending an email.

Departure less than 24 Hours: Must be done directly with the respective Airline.

Full Service Carriers :
Must be done minimum 24Hours before departure by sending an email.

Departure less than 24Hours :
Must be done directly with the respective Airline.

Air Arabia Rescheduling:
Must be done minimum 30hours before departure by sending an email.

Departure less than 30 Hours:
Must be done directly with the respective Airline.

Low Cost Carriers( Except Air Arabia):
Must be done minimum 48Hours before departure by sending an email.

Departure less than 48Hours:
Must be done directly with the respective Airline.

RESCHEDULING SERVICE FEE:
Please note that all changes/rescheduling request will be actioned by applying Akbartravelsonline service fee as below:

Domestic Tickets - INR50 per Sector and per Passenger.
International Tickets - INR100 per Sector and per passenger.
In addition to the above service fee, Airline charges and the fare difference if any will be applicable as per airline policy.
